Blacklist was founded by Ansa Edim, a marketing strategist with over a decade of experience at the cross-sections of marketing, SaaS, and DEIB. Ansa is pro-labor, pro-diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, and she believes change is inevitable when workers unite.
